Responsibilities

Job Description

Check and ensure all the plant areas are working as per set specification on their shift
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Experience Requirements

Qualifications

Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in hotel repairs and maintenance
Ability to repair and maintain electrical, a/c air handling units, PLC, BMS
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment
