  • Responsible for proper upkeep / cleanliness of office.
  • Assists with photocopying and filing.
  • Check, maintain and replenish stationary stock.
  • Scrutinizes and dispatches all outgoing mail and sort-out incoming and distribute it to the concerned department..
  • Files all relevant documents systematically arranging in chronological order, that it can be identified easily when required by the manager or staff.
  • Other assignments as per department requirements
